Gave him a free caricature and when we were done, he asked the press team that was following him if he should tip us. After he allowed those slow gears of his ol'noggen to turn, he just shrugged his shoulder and walked away. Cheap, slow, and an apparent sex offender; sounds like a good politician to me.
